Bush has been in office for over 6 years now and every time another of his screw ups comes to light he acts it's not his fault, it's the government's fault. Does he not understand that he is in charge of the executive branch? Or do he and his cronies just hate the government so much that they still think of themselves as outside it even though they are in the White House?

If he ever manages to do anything right will he then refuse to take credit for it but rather give all the credit to the department or bureau that did it?

He would have to be intelligent in order to him to understand that he is responsible.

He has no actual grasp of reality because he's led a life of privilege insulated from the real world. Served in the military? Not really. Earned his way into college? No. Successful in business. Yeah right. Won an Presidential election? Don't think so.

So to ask if he might have the slightest inkling that he is responsible for the damage he's done to our country is understandably, a rhetorical question.

How do you figure President Bush is responsible for everything that concerns government? I could swear I remember something about
"the government OF THE PEOPLE, BY THE PEOPLE and
FOR THE PEOPLE." What have you done to make America better, stronger, prouder? Bashing does nothing but harm our country.

He and his cronies are richer today than they were six years ago, so he has succeeded. He's not as dumb as many of us think.
