The grass is always greener on the other person's lawn. It may just be envy by the people who say you are spoiled. If you are respectful and kind to those who hold menial positions, even if they make a mistake, the best people of your own economic status will hold you in esteem. The person who yells at the waiter for something only appears brutish.
I read a study recently on this issue. Those who were allowed to have everything they wanted felt entitled to have even more, and often treated their possessions with contempt. Those who had to acheive some goal before they were allowed some new possession were more likely to appreciate what they had.

Being wealthy doesn't necessarily mean spoiled. There needs to be evidence beyond material possessions that qualify one as "spoiled".
How would you react if you didn't get everything you wanted, but rather got very few of the things you wanted or had to work extremely hard to get those things?
If you would be very upset or angry and thought it was unfair, you are absolutely spoiled.
If you would humbly respond by working harder to get what you wanted or were simply unaffected by not getting all your wants, that would be evidence that you're not spoiled.

If you've never had to earn any of your stuff, you're spoiled. If all you have to do is hold your hand out to have money put in it, you're spoiled. If you don't have to do any of your own chores, you're spoiled. If you contribute nothing to the running of a household or business or even the planet, then you are spoiled. If everything but the wiping of your butt is done for you, you're spoiled.
I'm sorry you don't like the term, but for those of us who have worked our butts off for every little thing and struggled to get ahead, it's depressing to have those of you who have it all rub it in our faces that you are so well-off. I know it's probably not you're fault that you have everything, but you can at least try to contribute something to the world to earn what you have.

Dude. That was the worst "Reasons why I'm not spoiled" list ever. At best, it was thinly veiled bragging. If you want to prove to people that you aren't spoiled, try listing responsibilities you have, ways you contribute to your household and earn some of the things you get, ways you help others.

Do you have to work for anything you get? If not, I'd say you're somewhat spoiled even if you are a nice person.
