Until you are several months pregnant (missing your period consistantly) and starting to show definate signs of pregnancy, the only sure-fire way to test for pregnancy is a home pregnancy test. In my opinion they are all the same. If you have already missed your period, you could go to "Dollar Tree - Everything's a dollar!" and get a pregnancy test. Their test told me I was pregnant with my son. The more expensive tests are not necessarily more accurate. Some tests do advertise to be able to tell before your missed period, so they are worth looking into. If you cannot buy one for some reason, you could probably get a friend to. But honestly, that's the only way to find out for sure. Good luck!

If you are charting your fertility signs, you would look for 18 elevated temperatures after ovulation or 3 days past your longest luteal phase.

Otherwise, the only other way is to take a home pregnancy test. Or go to a doctor and request a urine and/or blood test. Pregnancy tests are also available for purchase on the internet and can probably be delivered discreetly.

There really isn't anything you can do yourself to find out whether or not you are pregnant. You can only find out with a pregnancy test, a doctor, or by knowing the first date of your last period.

You have to buy on home test, there is no way to tell unless you get a test. Remember, The test is more accurate when you take it after you missed period. Good luck hun
