Dude I think that guy thought his head was the ball...I play alot of basketball and that was just...to me intentional out of frustration.

I agree that it was an intentional hit. 99% of shotblockers would not have had their elbow still going at the shooter's face when the ball has moved in the other direction. Players know how to control their arm movements in that situation. Plus, any basketball player would keep his arms in the air while coming down, to avoid the type of collision that Henderson made

Yeah, I would have to agree with you. I believe it was just a frustration foul and a stupid and costly one at that. The guy on Duke didn't want Hansbrough to get an easy lay-up and showboat the Tarheels to victory. But with that said it was just an outright stupid foul. Why would you foul someone with 14 seconds left and the game is already in hand? The foul was blown out of proportion a bit because it is Duke- UNC. The guy on the Duke had no intention of breaking Handsbrough's nose or injuring him in any way.

i agree completely, especially that it was an act out of frustration...henderson was clearly trying to clock hansbrough, maybe not break his nose, but there was definitely intent to give him a good crack to the face there, and the ejection and suspension were fitting punishments for the crime
