Amino, where the amino acids go in.

Peptidyl, where the peptide bond forms between 2 amino acids.

It moves from the A site to the P site. And then new protein exits through the E site.

P site stands for "Primary"" site

The acceptor site is where the tRNA enters with an amino acid. The primary site is where the protein chain is built.
