~Much like 1915/16, but earlier.
1. Some big, some small, some in between.
2. For the most part, adequate, but, in some respects lacking and in others, superior.
3. It did? I wasn't aware of that. Can you give me an example? (I want to check it out.)
4. Moreso from Taft than from Roosevelt, but you'd pretty much have to expect that, wouldn't you?
