They aren't, they say they are, but really they aren't. They can take a light turning red before they get through it, and turn it into discrimination. It's all in a matter of how they perceive it. I do agree that a some of them probably don't get hired at companies because they are black, and that based on skin color only. But there is a difference if it's because of their skin color, or the way they look, act and talk. So I'm sure blacks aren't getting hired because of a certain representation they can't bring to a company. But that's just me. I don't know, ask a black person.

That's easy, ready:
1. They get most of the welfare money in this country.
2. They get bussed into better education sites, because their own teachers can't do the job.
3. They are given priority for jobs with the Federal/State/Local governments.
4. An inordinate amount of blacks, per capita, are professional sports stars/music stars.
5. Nothing controversial they say has caught any backlash in the liberal media...like Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, Farrakhan.
I could go on, but the poor black people would get a conscience and realize they never had it so good.

Blacks in the US are routinely (and illegaly) discriminated against by employers (not being hired, hired for lower positions, denied promotions...) by law enforcement (Blacks are more routinely suspected of commiting crimes) and often by the general public.

Do a google search for "Discrimination against black persons"

Also check out the NAACP website.
