I have a black polyester jacket that gets a black color on everything it touches. Is there a way to fix this?

If it's washable put it in the sink with cold water to cover it and add 1c salt & 1c vinegar. Let it soak about 1 hr. This will fix the dye in the jacket and it won't run again.

soak in a bucket full of vinegar, and wash, if it still does that, then toss it out and get a new jacket.
