I am going to be finishing my Master's Degree this summer and I would like to know if it is better to mention it first, with the expected graduation date, or after my previous education, or not at all?

I like resumes best when they are reverse chronological, meaning most recent first. So in your education area, list the most recent education first - being your MBA or MS with the expected grad date, we all know it takes a while to get the thesis back. Do the same in your employment area.
