First, I like your coffee beatitude-how clever and creative.
I like my coffee different ways. I like to put Bailey's Irish Creme when its cold out, or I will make chocolate milk over the stove then add the coffee to it with cinnamon.
Expresso with Sambuca and a sliver of lemon rind is great with pastries and specialty cookies.
Regular coffe with cream no sugar works for me most of the time. I avoid cheap starbucks coffee because of the source of their product (asia, where tea is king) and its priceyness is b/c of the name and only the name. McDonalds even serves better coffee than starbucks!

I like my coffee black, no sugar, with a good crema on top, to show it has been made from fresh beans and the correct temperature water. To me latte and cappachino are just coffee flavoured milk and not a true coffee. In Australia now you can also get a lot of flavoured coffee eg. hazelnut etc. what is that all about? Do you want a coffee or a dessert? Where I buy my first coffee of the day they call a decaf, lowfat milk with low cal sweetner a "why bother".

ALWAYS caffinated!!!
But with lots of sugar and maybe some cream.
You know what else is good? Those spoon things people give as Christmas gifts that have hardened chocolate on the end, and when you stir coffee with them, the chocolate melts into it. Yeah.

Black in the morning , a hazelnut latte or cappucino in the afternoon, and the occasional frapuccino (let's face it: it's dessert, not coffee) when I want a sugar rush.
oh, and a "red-eye" when I really need a jumpstart.
