ok, i want to make a wikipedia page about myself as an artist. i would like to make an artist page, i kno html, but everytime i save the page it gets deleted. what do i do to make my page permanent.

Pay for the page. Wikipedia doesnt make a permanent personalized page.

Are you a Wikipedia user? I suppose so, and this answer will go along with that idea, however if you aren't I will explain what to do later. First of all, are you a well-known artist? Make sure that your article complies with http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Notability. If not stop right what you're doing and forget the Wikipedia article. Instead create a userpage and place your details there. To do this, become a user. The link is in the top right-hand corner of the Wikipedia pages.
