I am trying to find a cartoon penguin that looks like he is wearing a tux and has his flippers in his pockets?

It was in the tattoo palour in Ipswich but no one could help me, it would be an awsome tattoo for my friend, or any good cartoon websites.

The penguin sounds like Tennessee Tuxedo to me. He was a cartoon in the 60s and 70s--maybe if you look that up you can find a good pic
