The correct answer is B...North Africa does not contain the major powers back then. The middle east is too far east for Carthage's location. Northern Europe is too Northern for Carthage's location, and Russel Crowe won the battle in the movie Gladiator in the Coliseum.

the answer is A, north africa. carthage is in north africa and i think the romans won 3 parts of a war with carthage to ultimatley burn their city and salt their land.
