LOL i admire the style you worded the terrific Q - once you first stumbled blindly..... No I had no assisting hand. You may need more than Paxil to recover from that. Go to urgent care. They will give you some antipsychotics.

why are you coming OFF paxil? That in itself makes things scarier in the withdrawal process.
