I have to do a huge project on the '60s for my AP US history class.

My topics will be as followed:

Politics- Kennedy, Johnson, Nixon, Cuba, Vietnam War

Pop Culture- cars, Barbie, fashion, Beatles, Bob Dylan, Jimi Hendrix, Simon and Garfunkel, "Bonnie ond Clyde", "2001: Space Odyssey", Johnny Carson, Woodstock, British Invasion, Motown, marijuana and other drugs, Armstrong's walk on the moon

Athletics- Olympics, Jackie Robinson, Wilma Rudolph

Are there any other topics I am missing? Do you have suggestions for people or events I should cover that I have not already mentioned? Do you know of any informational websites other than wikipedia)?

Thanks for your thoughts!

You could include Twiggy, the first supermodel, the Haight Ashbury district in San Francisco, Malcom X, the moon walk, Rowan and Martin's Laugh In, go-go dancing, soul train, star trek, Hippies & love-ins, the psychedelic movement, the first heart transplant, and that's all I can think of beside the things you mentioned.
