go the manufacturer's website and find the driver and install it...

Make sure it's plugged in properly, run the installation disc, and check the drivers. If you've got an older computer, like 98 the new printer may not be compatable with it

Before going to the website downloading and reinstalling the printer drivers or any updated drivers be sure as to remove the old versio with the add remove programmes option in control panel. This seems to work more often than not for me

The printers today have to be installed exactly per instructions,go over the instructions and make sure you installed the disk that came with it to install the drivers.Good luck
