you dont have to be the best looking guy in the crowd to stand out but you have to be the most self confident one - thats what attracts. and if you dont have it - act like you do.

The truth is, finding someone attractive usually happens at first sight or pretty quickly. You are going for girls you are attracted to but aren't attracted to you. You may need to figure out who is in your league. A lot of guys think just because they like a girl she has to like him back. It just doesn't work that way. If a guy wants a girl cuz she's hot, what makes you think the girl doesn't also want a guy as hot as her. Be real. People who end up together are usually in the same league.

Be yourself and look for girls around the things you enjoy and are good at...chances are the kind of girls who find guys like you attractive will be there. I always liked guys who fall somewhere between blue collar (good with their hands and fixing stuff) to geeks (really smart, analytical, programmers, science junkies) so it would not have done me any good to look for a guy at a sporting event or a white collar kinda place. People often seem to make this mistake and look for people outside of their element and not understand why they don't click.

the reason why you see the boys walking with girls that are not themselves is because they are being somebody else to be with the girl but it wont last because it is not two real people to be yourself you will find a girl that relly likes you for who you are and i kknow that it may seem very corney and you hear it all the time but it is acctualy the truth.

Keep trying. Keep being yourself. You will find someone great who cares about you for being you. You don't want a false relationship with someone who thinks you are someone else because of an act you put on.
Try making friends with girls first. If they won't date you they may try to hook you up with their friends.

Hey.
I guess it really just depends on your age. I mean if you're in High school, being yourself might not always work due to the petty, immature mentality of High School students... girls inparticular. Reguardless of this fact, i would say to always be yourself. =]

Just keep on being yourself. It doesn't matter if you're not hot. I really liked this uglyish guy because he was nice to me. I told my "friend" and she started liking him. Now everybody wants him and he can't chose who to go out with. He was just medium-popular. Not a jock, not a nerd. And he hasn't changed one bit after everyone wanted him. Just be yourself and if you're nice to a girl but not stalkerish, she might just like you back.

Just wait.. THe girls in your class (age group) are just to wrapped up in their own world. They probably have a list of the so called "hot" guys and they just admire them from afar. Probably half of those girls really like you and not the "hot" boy they just dont want to have to stand up and tell their friends that. Trust me I know(been their dont that)
