I'm using the oils to help diffuse a situation where my boss is extremely overbearing and difficult to work with. I am also seeking a promotion and with him being unreasonable I don't feel as if I'll be advancing soon... More than likely running away to another company

Neither..
doing something against someones will is bad karma

What you give out.. comes back to you 3 times as GOOD or BAD

I suggest doing white voodoo/spells only

Well they can essentially be used for the same purpose. "Do as I say" literally means that. You use to get someone to do as you tell then to do. "Domination" means you have power over someone. They may not actually do what you tell them to do put you will have the most pull or influence on them. I think the main question is what is the your intent for these oils? That would determine which one is better for what you need. I would see if you can get the ingredients for both and see if they are not in fact made from the same things.
