I wouldnt -you have Lee and Sheets coming off injury plagued seasons. Hernandez is a top 5 closer in the league and you have 2 solid players in Helton and Ordonez.

In a heartbeat. Lee, Matsui and Sheets are excellent. Helton and Mags are on their way down, Hernandez is already down and Gomes hasn't done anything yet. I can't stress this enough, accept this trade before the other guy changes his mind.
Lee will be a top 12 player and probably hit 40 HR, Sheets could win the Cy Young - he will at least strike out 160-180 and have an E.R.A under 4-wins are the most undpredictable stat in baseball. You know you'll get 80 runs,.285, 25HR, 100RBI out of Matsui.
Mags did have a good comeback last year but remember he was out all of 2005 w/ injury. Helton MAY have a comeback year this year but his numbers have dropped for 3 straight years. The key in fantasy is to get guys on their way up or peaking at a high level, like Lee and Matsui-are not on their way down. EVERYONE is an injury risk except Cal Ripken Jr and he's retired.
PS Orlando Hernandez is not a closer, he is a starter. Here are his stats from 2006
162.1 IP 11 wins 164K 4.66 1.33WHIP
His only strength is a decent K/innings pitched.

I'd deny the trade cause I think this year will be a comeback year for Helton and Magglio is still a solid player, and Gomez and Hernandez could have some good #'s, and Matsui, Lee and Sheets all could get injured this year again, cause they have been injury prone in the past few years, so I'd keep the players u have and not take a chance on the trade

Whoever is getting Derrek Lee, Matsui and Sheets has the better side.
Helton, Maggs & El Duque are all injury risks. Plus they're not what they once were. Gomes will hurt your team.
Lee, Matsui & Sheets all were injured last year but they're much younger, heal faster and (except Sheets) it really was their first major injury. Plus they both came back toward the end of last year so you know they've already done the hard part....coming back

There's no clear cut answer...I'd never want El Dookie, don't trust Gomes, and am worried about Helton's Health...which leaves Mags...
As for the incoming...Lee is touchy, Sheets might not be back 100%, which leaves Matsui...
I'd say decide which guy, Mags or Mats, you prefer & go with it...
