I'm seeing costs of about $2000 quoted. Try playing a customer and search the web for web site builders. $100 a page is typical with added charges for simple things like links and handling photos. On the other hand, there are lots of web builders out there. Have a look at "craigslist", a bulletin board system, and hit on "Gigs" and "Computer" to see who is out there and what is wanted.
