Yes, identical twins have the same genetic information (also karotype), and they will look the same (phenotype).

Phenotype means the end result of how an organism's genes are expressed. Think of it as "the way they look". So the previous poster is correct in that identical twins often have similar phenotypes.

A karyotype is an older method of genetic analysis. To do a karyotype a technician would take a cell sample, mount it, and then look under a microscope to try and find any cells in the process of division. They would then take a picture of the chromosomes and try to identify any abnormalities. It is not as accurate as a sequence, but it can detect defects like Kleinfelter's Syndrome or Down's Syndrome. So very many normal people have identical karyotypes.
