Why does my boss have a problem with me arriving fashionably late to work each day?

My students are only left unattended for an hour or so each day and they are in the third grade so its not like they are kindergarteners or anything.

you are supposed to be setting an example for the students, if they are there on time, why the crud aren't you? i would fire you in a micro second if i was your boss no matter the job.
