I am experiencing the same kind of pain from time to time. My husband and I are trying to have a baby, now. I may be pregnant, I certainly have the symptoms. When i alerted my doctor about the pain. She told me that I was probably ovulating and that I shouldn't worry about it. I took a pregnancy test tonight and it had a faint line. The second urine test that I was given, turned out negative. I'm told that it can be a false negative, but never a false positive. It's either you have the hormone in your urine or you don't. I would call my doctor and tell him/her that I had a positive test and would like a blood test. That's what I was told by the doctor on call tonight. I wish you all the best, take care.

Faint line = pregnant! congratulations!! as for the pain in ur right ovary it could mean either that your ovluating or that its a cyst.

THE PAIN IN YOUR OVARIES COULD BE TEH EMBRYO ATTACHING TO YOUR WALL...YOU JUST MIGHT BE PREGNANT. BUT TO MAKE A SUGGESTION BUY A CLEARBLUE PREGNANCY TEST, THIS WAY YOU DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT FAINT LINES

Go to the doctor. If you may be pregnant it could be an eptopic pregnancy and it is quite serious.

Get to a doctor pronto!!
