Yes. Now you need to come to believe that a power greater than yourself can restore you to sanity. Good luck, my friend.

Also, you'll need to get a sponsor. Someone who has been there before you and licked the problem.

Sometimes what's perceived as a problem is the solution of a deeper problem.
For instance, can you snack as effectively now, or was it easier to chow down while you weren't typing?

i know fatboy isn't it addicting< have you even tried ummmm a 12 step program or AA answers anonymous,,, yahoo will have one of those soon,,, if not want to go into business together ,, there is where the money is lol

Congratulations on taking the first step on the road to your recovery. I also am one, I hawever have embraced it instead of letting it control me I control it. I believe there is something in all of us that needs to let others know what we retain in our brains and we are the sharers of the world. Be strong and keep answering, you know you want to.
