The largest inland lakes in the Russian Federation are:

Lake Baikal (in Siberia)
Lake Ladoga (near St. Petersburg)
Lake Onega

Russia's coastal waters, which belong in part to Russia, are:

Caspian Sea
Black Sea
Sea of Azov
Bay of Finland
Arctic Ocean
Bering Sea
Sea of Okhotsk
Sea of Japan (which Koreans call Sea of Korea)
... and many bays and inlets, like the White Sea.

Rivers are not usually listed among bodies of water, and the Danube isn't in Russia at all. Some of the more important rivers of Russia are the Volga, Yenisei, Ob, and Amur.
