There some variables that you left out, like the RUN of your first set of rafters.

You are probably better off ordering the trusses pre made and delivered to your specs, but if you want to do it the old way you need to figure your rise multiplied by 12 divided by your run which is 1/2 your span. If you have a speed square it has the angles marked for you.

I dont believe there are any "set angles"... what I do is lay out the roof on the floor with a chalk line... and get the look your after...
