I would try forever 21. The styles are deinatly affordable, and they have tons of cute, purple dresses. type in "forever 21" on google and their website will come up. Scan it, and see what you like, or do a store locator search

Be aware that they all have sleeves of some sort, none of them are strapless or have spaghetti straps. Some are more on the formal side, but some can be more casual.
