Learning how to spell "people" would be a start in the right direction! The Cherokee people were considered to be one of the 5 civilized tribes, who were "moved" to Oklahoma on the Trail of Tears from Eastern states. But, as another person said, "Where is the question?"

I sold a mobile home to a man who called himself Tatankala Yellowbird in Sevierville, Tennessee. I had to beg and plead with the bank to get them to buy the loan but finally they did. He had no credit, no social security number, no references of any kind outside of his tribe, and the home was to be placed on native land (reservation). After seven mos. of no payments or communication of any kind, the bank sent the repo men with a full crew of guys to unblock and undo all fittings, to get the home and bring it back to the lot to put up for sale as a bank repo.
There was no road up to the mobile home. The bank officials went as far as they could, even meeting with the tribal council, but no one would allow them access to the stolen home.
The lady that originally finanaced him told me about this in a scolding manner, and I could not stop laughing. More power to ya, my savage brother, and why do we whites pay for and loose jobs to the blacks? We should be paying for YOU and YOURS, not for those that think they are owed something. ... ... ...
