Sure! Just let me whip that outta my as*, and I'll be there at your ghetto crib in the morning! After all, I've got a whopping $36 in my bank account, why worry about anyone else's REAL problems in the world? I'd like a house on the lake as well as the next person, but hey, buddy, you gotta earn your keep. No one gets handed 1.6 mil on a plate, Get real.

As a mortgage broker my answer is yes. Please be sure to have 10% at least of your own funds (seasoned in the bank for 2 months) as your downpayment and your income documents, asset statements ready.
Any questions?

If you are willing to pay a fix 15% interest on it for the next 30 years. No credit check, no income check. Just need your bank account number and routing number and social security number and proper ID (such as valid driver's license with photo on it, your passport, your birth certificate, your bank statements) and oh yeah, your current address................................. Oh wait a minute, why am I lending you money again?

I sure would like the find a bank that will do the same.

Preferably with no income requirements, and no FICO requirements.
