He has the ability, I think or maybe all the Heores are needed to destroy him.

Well, now Peter has all the powers that Sylar killed to get. (Since he's in close contact with him.) Peter has all the powers he's accumulated AND all the powers that Sylar has...so I'd say one on one, Peter's got the better chance.

Possibly. Possibly. I am sure the radioactive man could kill him, as Sylar might not realize what was happening in time.
If Peter reads Sylar’s mind while they fight, this will give him a significant edge. With his ability to warp matter, Sylar might be able to escape from any kind of confinement. If Peter gets the radioactive power and uses it along with invisibility…? If he knows who Sylar is and makes up his mind to kill him (the guy is a serial murderer, after all) then Peter should be able to sneak up (fly behind) Sylar, stay invisible and turn radioactive until he dies. Then, just for good measure, throw him in a steel foundy, like the liquid metal Terminator! Let’s see him heal from that.
I mean, from the comics, we all like a good fight scene, but in real life…? Why give Sylar a fighting chance…?

I agree with Manny (earlier poster) except on one point.
Peter is too sensitive to kill. Oh he may fight but Peter doesn't have the stones to put an end to Syler once and for all.
And for that reason more heros will die...

I'm not sure Peter has the Willpower to kill Syler.(that's without a K)
But he is well matched against him and should be able to fight him to a stand still if he can keep his wits about him.

I think he has the ability to stop him by freezing time and getting away. This is my vote for how Peter survives.

my theory about the cheerleader. "save the cheerleader save the world". the central character is peter. by saving the cheerleader from slier he has the most important power that slier doesn't have and thats the power to heal. so they can fight but only he can heal.
