I have a tendency to "come" too fast. Are there any ways to last longer while masturbating to when making love in bed?

Thinkof something that will turn you off if you feel your about to come..but dont think of something too gross or you will lose your hard on.
or whilst you are having sex think about things that you have to do throught he week, work, appointments etc , keep your mind off sex..
or masturbate as often as possible , or masturbate an hour or half hour before you plan on having sex..that should keep you going a bit longer..
or you could actually ring those numbers on the ads that say" do you want longer lasting sex"
or i belive chemists have tablets that help
or if you come to quickly make it up to her in other ways..

As far as i know, with the ayurvedic and herbal system of medicine knowledge, premature ejaculation is caused due to excessive masturbation before marriage.
You've probably weakened your nerves. My first advice would be that you join some strength training excercises, have good nutrition, and take some time off of sex, and then give it a try. This should help.
Also, it'd be better if you consult a naturopath or an ayurvedic / unani practitioner.
