I went home to the UK (for a whole year) with the kids but my husband's family lives in India. SHOULD I GO BACK ? SHOULD I STAY WITH THEM? WILL THEY LET ME GO BACK?

Nooo.... I wouldn't go to India with the kids. If they want to see them, have them go to the UK....

This is a very vague question? Do you mean should you go back with your husband or just go back long enough for a visit? If it's just for a visit I say no, let them come to you. I'm like the others here I wouldn't go outside the US with my kids unless I intended it to be permanent!

you need to check with passport division,i know i would not go anywhere outside of the us without my children by my side
