I've seen and read a little about the various schools of psychology but I'm sure in any given school what is readily available is nothing compared to the best teachings available within that school. Feel free to suggest obscure schools of psychology but I'm looking for specific books not just general schools. Thanks!!

ya got yer work cut out forya,,,,,,,,,1610 web addresses for mental health ...........in this writers opinion, there is overlap among psychology, biology(plant & animal),medicine, psychiatry,,,,,,,,the only source of medical help that unite allofem is the american academy of environmental medicine,,,,,,,,,,predictably enough, not one of these physicians will be found among the 1610 alluded to above,,,,,,not mentioned on any news pgm,or health segment.in view of overcrowded jails,50 percent divorce rate, lotta shootings, muggings, murders(i lost a niece to a refugee from the 1610),50 million heroin addicts.I believe it is inferior, second rate, shabby mental health care that is more a reason than the dope comin here from south of the border.50 million people who don't have health ins i'd bet is a factor to consider as well.a poor person with health ins likely does not have the 1200 bucks to pay the aaem docs upfront, and cannot get the ins co to payout for a referral.any connection between psychemacology and human behavior is a rumor;never proven one way or the other.

I would recommend the books Unlimited Power and Awaken the Giant Within by Anthony Robbins. These cover a lot of interpersonal psychology (rapport, references, etc.) in a way that's easy to understand and very practical.
