My neighbor who is 84 years old and has Parkinsons Disease. She struggles daily but continues to ride her stationary bike for about 45 minutes to maintain leg strength. She has 12 children, 32 grandchildren, and 17 great grandchildren. Among the adults not one smokes or drinks and all are involved in public service jobs like teachers, preachers, postal workers, coaches, and social workers. It is an amazing family she has and I am blessed to be able to help care for her on a regular basis. She has taught me many lessons-the biggest is "don't complain about your circumstances, do what you can to change them.
