This is my second pregnancy and with my first I went from 53kg to 75kg. I did not loose all the weight and when I got pregnant again I weighed 60kg. I had trouble with low blood pressure so this prevented me from being active, i do have bad eating habits aswell.. does anyone know how to treat low blood pressure, or suggest something like acupucture to keep me feeling well and not gain too much weight?

i realy realy don't want to sound mean but this is part of pregnancy. the only thing that will stop you from gaining to much weight is to eat healthy. Instead of eating chocolate eat a bannana or something like that. it is hard when you are used to eating alot of sugar. but for the health of both you and your child you have to eat healthy. Also eating healthy foods will lower your blood pressure. make a list of all your favorite healthy foods and buy them every week so you can use them for snacks instead of cookies and sugar filled foods. Instead of frying foods bake them. Do your best to avoid fast food.

I really dont know anything about the blood pressure or anything, but if your doctor approves it - excersize! i do at my job ( its a physical job ) and i havent gained all that much. I am usualy a fast weight gainer too. So i think excersize can make a big deal. my freind tanya gained like 100 pounds with her first one and she told me right away " dont sit around or ull get big like me its so tempting to do but all i did is sit around and rest the whole time i was pregnant! " so head her warning and do yo thing !

Web MD is a very good website for any ailment.. Also, when your pregnant you should gain about 25 kg at the most. It does not seem like you gain too much weight.

eat dinner for breakfast and breakfast for dinner and cut out the unhealthy snacks and replace them with apples and celery etc. This is the healthies diet there is. And as far as exercise you can still do it, go to your local pool and workout in the water it's resistance free and a great way to stay fit.
