BTW, no white people died in New Orleans....NOT!!!
As educated people in the U.S., we should know better that when we build a house near a almost broken dam, and that we are under the sea level, maybe its not a good idea to stick around unless you are counting on a government handout.

That wasn't no accident how can you be the leader of the free world and don't have a plan in action to help out folks in your own jurisdiction. He don't give a f. Well the blacks will say no. But those same one's always have their hand out for the govt to give them something they think is owed to them. I think G.W. likes all people. He actually seems like a regular guy. Just the other day he was in Alabama looking at tornado damage and was getting hugged by a black lady, while G.W. was talking to her boyfriend. He didn't push her away. At least G.W. hasn't acted like he loves them like Clinton did. G.W. has more Blacks in his cabinet and personal staff than Clinton ever had. With you asking such a question, appears to me you've been swallowed in by the liberal media and dnc that pounds us with Republicans dont like blacks! Take a look sometime at the votes cast in 1964 for the passing of the civil rights act. Remember it was the democrats that had the majority in both house and senate, but more republicans voted to pass the bill than democrats. In fact Al Gore's father voted NO! The biggest help to blacks was in the presidency of ronald Reagan. the capitol gains tax, the tax breaks to open up small business, and he made it easier for them to buy homes, more govt loans for education. If you look at the numbers across the board, Blacks have faired better than any ethnicity!!
