I have an E260. You have to use the software provided by Sandisk to convert the video onto the player.

The Sansa should have come with a disk. Install it on your pc/mac.Then open it up and then You'll see how to do it. I think there is an add button or browse. Click it and then go to your videos and add it. Then you can transfer it your Sansa. I have the Sansa E250
