You never get anywhere because THERE'S NO SUCH THING. Nobody ever has or ever will "astral project." Period.
This is science, not superstition and myth. There are other categories for superstitions for which there is no evidence of any kind, where plenty of people will happily believe with you in astral projection, fairies, astrology, religion, and other superstitions.

i dont know if i really do that or not but alot of times I have dreams that I roll out of my body and do stuff. But they are probably just nightmares because there are always scary things that growl at me and it's hard for me to wake up afterwards. so yea neways dont do it.
