There's a line in a movie I saw and I can't remember which movie. A male actor, in a New York type accent, says, "Hey, I'm walking here," as he bangs his hand on top of a car that almost hit him.
Do you know what movie this is? Thanks.

Midnight Cowboy. Dustin Hoffman and Jon Voight. Dustin says the line. (Actually that was an improvised line that wasn't in the script due to the taxi coming in at the wrong time almost hitting Hoffman)

Was he in a wheel chair? If he was it is "Forrest Gump." But, I think there are a bunch of movies that have that in it. That is the only one I can remember the title of. Good luck.
