A bra doesn't determine the shape or size of your breast your genes do.
Why not discuss this issue with you females relatives (mom, sister or aunt), this will give a better idea what to look forward to. :)

Wearing a bra at night may help keep you from eventually sagging later on in life. Breasts ( at least most ) are heavy and gravity does take it's toll over the years. Unfortunately, it will not change the size or shape of your breasts but know that a triangular shape is quite normal. Everyone is different that's all and most women are a little uneven in size. After you stop growing and if you still feel that you are uneven you might consider breast augmentation on your right side to even them out.I know it's hard and probably makes you feel bad but there is still a chance that nature will work it out for you. You are still young and have some filling out to do.
Good luck to you and please try not to worry too much ....
take care : )

Dear Vannessa, it may interest you to know that lots of women have uneven breasts and it usually only obvious to themselves , because we're always hyper critical about our own bodies. The only reason I can see for your wearing you bra at night is maybe the added support for your back. As you age your breasts will fill out and round out on their own, they probably will look sort of "triangular"... to you for a while, but just give them time and they will be fine. as for sleeping with a bra, unless they're more comfortable that way, why don't you leave it off during the night so they can breathe?

No wearing a bra won't change the way your breasts develope. It's normal for one boob to be bigger than the other. Noone has perfectly even breasts. By triangular you mean coming out to a point yeah thats normal. boobs come in all different shapes. look at your moms boobs (even through her shirt) that might give you a good idea of what yours will turn out like. theres no telling if they will round out or not. some women just have that type of breasts or they might round out as they grow bigger either way it's all good.

During puberty NOTHING looks right, yer butt is too big, too small, too high, too low, yer breasts don't match, they are too small, too big, too hairy (some girls actually do get hair around the nipples during puberty), Don't worry about it for now. if a bra is more comfortable at night, wear it. If it's not, don't bother. When you are 18 you can worry about what to do with them. for now, just keep some kleenex on hand or get take one of your moms old shoulderpads and trim it to act as a breastpad to even them up a bit. Just make sure that whatever you use is secured well enough not to fall out at an inopportune moment.

Wearing a bra to sleep doesn't do anything as regards their size. Some bosomy girls find it helps keep them from sagging if they are always supported, but it won't change their growth at all.

Breasts aren't like Jell-O... we can't mold them by changing the shape of their container. They're going to get whatever shape they will get. Pointier breasts are common among smaller-busted women, and if you get larger breasts, they will probably become more spherical. Differently sized breasts are not at all unusual.

actully when you're laying down, gravity isn't pulling down on them like when you're standing up, so it really doesn't help much if at all. Besides that, laying on your bra can cutt off lymphatic fluid circulation and lead to swollen lymphnodes. Swollen lymphnodes having a higher incidence of cancer. You should massage your breasts on a regular basis to help circulate lyphatic fluid, and if you do develop any swollen lymphnodes or cancerous tumors, you will be more likely to catch it sooner. youtube has a few explanitory videos on how to massage your breasts the right way.

my boobs were like cones, which is what I think you ment by triangluar... that was when I was 13.. now I'm 23, and 42D bra size, with normal round boobs :-) and one is a tiny bit bigger than the other, but only I notice. don't worry, you'll grow into your body.
