Shrink them.

Steroids will cause the size of your genitals to shrink, and may make erections/sexual arousal/sexual performance difficult. It may also make you sterile.

Anabolic steroids (bodybuilding steroids) do cause the testicles to shrink. However, experienced bodybuilders and steroid users tend to take things like Clomifene (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Clomifene) at the end of steroid cycles to boost testosterone levels (testicle size and content is directly proportional to this).

As with all artificial drugs, avoid things like Clomifene if you can. It is intended primarily for female use. Thus, male use could potentially be dangerous. However, if you're going to use steroids anyway (which I do not recommend), taking additional drugs isn't going to make things substantially different.
