In theory yes, but only under quite rare or extreme conditions. Water hold heat far better than air and will not cool or warm as quickly as air.

Yes it is possible. A fan will evaporate water and decrease the water temperature slightly. In the morning when daytime air temps. start to rise your fish tank water will be cooler, until it reaches equilibrium. Tropical fish almost always need a heater to keep the water temperature stable at approx. 26 degrees Celsius. You can add a fish tank thermometer to your tank. They cost a couple of dollars at a pet shop or aquarium. Hope this helps.

Yes. If it has an airpump in it, or is in a draft, then it is possible for the water to become colder by just a degree or two. But If you have tropical fish, it should absolutely stay at 75-82F. Never warm up the water by pouring hot water in the tank; it can shock sensitive fish and kill them.

If you have coldwater fish (like goldfish), general room temperature (65-75) is fine.

mine does all the time i add hot water in mine like a kids sand bucket full, and take out the same amount(b4 i add the hot) make sure to not pour it directly onto a fish do it in the corner, where theyre not and they shouldnt swim in it pour slowly, my fish are a 6'' goldfish (a big fat 1) , a 4'' damsee, and a 6'' suckerfish who have all been thriving for years in like 50 deg., water with an occasional warm up, during the summer it gets really hot in there sometimes like 80 deg., i fill up glad ware containers with water, freeze em, and put em in the tank, when the ice inside melts i take em out of the tank and dry em off n stick em back in the freezer for use later! works great

No, it will not. Generally, the temp of the room will be as low as the temp will go. I guess, if you have the tank directly under an AC vent the temp could go as low as the temp of the air coming from the vent and the room could still be warmer...

You can buy some water coolers from pet shops. I don't know how much they cost though.
