i have a 55gal tank, with 8 small goldfish. i change 25% of the water every week. i notice that all my fish swim with their mouth moving, like open, close, open, close etc. but this one fish, swims with its mouth close, it is normal? or is like sick? or something?

There's nothing abnormal about keeping their mouths closed while swimming... But if he's being lethargic, that's something to worry about. If he acts weird, you should seperate him, so he doesn't pass on any diseases to the others.

I might be guessing, but one of the fish that the mouth is close it might had a food that was not for the fish and it is hard to chock it from the mouth. It like the human when we eat food and some of them stock we try to chock it out and we go to toilet to vomiting it as well to get the food out. Look it is better if u tell the doctor about the fish.

Nope they sound fine. Some are just being more active and breathing harder than others. If they seem to be "huffing and puffing" could indicate something affecting the gills. If they are all booking around the tank all day and eating well they are most likely ok.
