today one of my friends started this rumor about me (its really bad) and now every1 in my pe class beleves it but its soooo not true! she even told them 2 tell all of their friends 2! i am soooo mad! what should i do about her, and the rumor????

well depending on the rumour-find yourself a nice boyfriend,and stop being her friend as she already has shown you she is not yours.

A true friend would not spread rumors about you. Starting a rumor about her is not going to solve the problem because more and more rumors will spread and then you will have so many rumors going around that it won't be worth it. Just tell the girl how you feel ask her to stop and if it continues tell someone.

Obviously, she is not really your friend. Anyways, don't fight back! It'll only make things worse! Confront her and ask why she spread the rumor, and get all of your real friends to tell people that the rumor is not true. You could try confronting her when ou have your friends with you for some support if you want.

You should just calmly tell her that you know she started the rumor and you are no longer friends. I'm sure that people who really know you won't believe the rumor. If others believe it, who cares, it will all blow over in a couple of days.

The best solution I thik is to talk with that friend of yours in front of your pe clas best if the teacher is around. Let her tell the truth in the whole class and if she don't,go to your diciplinary office. Or if you want to let her pay for what she did, use reverse psychology like" Yeah I think so I can feel that, that issue is true but not in me but to her!!! And yoy know what she ids this and that!! spread also rummors that would make her feel mad for her to feel how you want to tear her into peices because of what she did to you.... As what the golden rule says: Do not do unto other what you don't want others do unto you!

If someone confronts you about it, just put a calm face. If you react with a shock or something, it'll make the situation worst. People who spread rumors are the people who seek attention and wants something to talk about. Besides, some people will realize that it's bullcrap.

first of all ask the girl why she would say something like that. and as hard as it might be try not to act upset about it. people cant laugh at you when your already laughing yourself. laugh it off, make a big joke of it, and soon enough you will find that nobody even remembers the rumor in a few days
