well, since rappers wear baggy jeans, rockstars try to distinguish themselves from rappers by being different and doing the opposite by wearing TIGHT jeans.

They do it because, rocking out so much makes their leg muscles tighten and they want to show off their rocking hard fit legs with tight skinny jeans!
