In ToonTown how do you get your cog radar?

In ToonTown I have defeated all the cogs,but I can't seem to get the radar.What do I need to do?

You have to fight a certain number of each number of cogs for that. I don't have an account anymore so I can't check the exact values, by I think it's like 1 or two of the highest level ones (Such as Mr. Hollywood, Mingler, or Big Wig) and maybe 15 or 20 of the weaker cogs, such as a Flunky. The weaker they are, the more of them you need. Once you have the minimum amount of cogs you can start using your cog radar.

Now the question is, do you know how to USE a cog radar? xD
