I am thinking of switching to T-mobile and would like to know your thoughts...the more answers the better!

Contrary to above, (I have been a T-mobile user ever since they bought out Voice-Stream) they are rated #2 in customer satisfaction and retention of customers. Verizon is rated #1 and T-mobile #2. The irony of it is, Verizon is the most expensive and T-mobile is the least. The worst rated company is Sprint.

In general...no they are not. Every user of T-Mobile that I have kow had major problems with the service.

I have had T-Mobile for years, and I really like them. They have gone out of their way to try and resolve any issues I have had and have worked with me for several years now. I would recommend them.
