You can use any glass cleaner or rubbing alcohol if you have it. Just be sure to put it on a soft cloth rather than directly on the touchpad to prevent it from leaking into the computer.

Just use a very damp washcloth or something and gently wipe it down. If its really that dirty try a bit of rubbing alcohal.

Alcohol and water. Just don't put too much on it.
