i take advantage of a pencil liner, and that i actually positioned it on very black, yet a skinny line on my higher lid, then only a contact on the outer nook of my decrease lid. also I positioned on mascara, it relies upon on how lengthy and thick your eye lashes are, yet my rule of thumb is continually have extra on the suited until eventually you opt for an emo or scene seem. for putting on pencil, make positive that is no longer too dull, then line in short, overlapping lines. keep going over until eventually you get the color you opt for. undergo in options, too a lot eyeliner seems somewhat tacky. For colorings, i might want to say a color darker than your hair color is a robust color firstly. After that, you could continually try with different colorings that you imagine will seem sturdy. by no potential ignore that you would possibly want to like how your makeup is quite than merely searching in magazines and seeing how human beings do it. have exciting~

To apply on your upper lid hold it down and draw where the lashes are, and on the bottom lid just draw in on the bottom lining up with the lashes there too. IT's very simple and just practice , after a while you'll get the hang of it, i can apply it in a moving car and etc and no one taught me how to. [ i don't recommend you do that though cause its not safe] or also try going on websites like covergirl.com , seventeen.com , etc.

well i aply it on the top of my eyes as well as the boddom. the top-right above my eyelashes all the way across but not in a thick line just a little one. then a light eyeshadow above it. on the boddom-a aply it on the inside of my lip.half way or all the way across. you dont want to scare ppl or maybe you do, but not to much gives you a kinda nice but natural look which the guys seem to take in better then all the scrap, they want to see whats beneath it the true beauty, like me i think i look like a freak with no eyelashes cause there blonde if i wear no makeup, he thinks i look good and gorgeous, but i look gorgeous with makeup to. either way he doesnt care as long as i dont go hayday or something outrages

I apply it directly to my lower eyelid (not under). I heard that was not good for my eyes though, but my eyes look bad if I do it below.
