everyone is different when it comes to weight gain. As long as your baby is growing and you're not puprosly trying not to gain weight then you have nothing to worry about. You should aim for 25 pounds at least just because that is what your body needs to gain. You still have 21 weeks left, and plenty of time to gain it :)
You dont want to put it on too quickly also, so enjoy it, becuse once you start gaining you dont stop lol

There is no normal in pregnancy. I am 22 weeks and have gained 4 pounds. That's just me. I never gain any weight while I am pregnant - maybe your that way also. If your overweight or obese it is perfectly acceptable to gain only 15 lbs through out the whole pregnancy. As long as your are eating healthy and adequately then you are fine. Just listen to what your doctor says and you and your baby will be fine.

I'm 20 weeks and have gained 9 lbs. Yes, it's normal. You're fine. You should gain about 3-4 pounds the first trimester, then about 4 pounds a month until the 8th month, (give or take a few) and during the 9th...you MAY even lose a pound or two (This is what my doctor told me).
I know everyone is different, but with my son...I gained most of my weight in the last trimester.

If your doctor didn't say anything, then you are okay. I am 18 weeks pregnant and I have lost 6 pounds. I eat like a pig (so it seems), and though I eat healthy things I eat all the time. Women vary and will lose or gain more than the 20-35 pounds that is usually recommended.
18 weeks pregnant.

I am 22 weeks pregnant and have only gained 5lbs in my pregnancy. Before being pregnant i weighed 105 now i weigh 110. It is completely normal. If you have a small frame, dont expect to gain alot of weight. As long as the baby is growing at the right weight and speed, then everything is fine. Of course, talk to your doctor about your concerns, and good luck with your pregnancy!

Every pregnancy is different! I didnt gain a single pound until I was 6months along. At the end of my pregnancy I only gained a total of 25 pounds wich was all water, swelling, and baby. I weighed my prepregnancy weight when I left the hospital. It just varies from woman to woman. Just eat healthy meals thats the most important thing.

Sure it is :) why not? If you're not sure, have your doctor check your hormone levels. But you need to eat every 2 hours at least. I would get weak and ill if I went more than hours without eating when I was pregnant. By the end of the first trimester, you only need to gain 3 pounds, but it goes up from there, so you're on target.

My wife is a self-described "bottomless pit" and has experienced NO morning sickness at all! She's actually lost 6 lbs since she's been working and walking a lot, and the baby's really healthy at 17 weeks, 3 days. No worries, try not to listen to other's opinions about weight. Take it with a grain of salt (pun intended), and as long as your checkups are normal, your baby will be normal as well. good luck!

I only gained weight with one out of 4 pregnancies. I lost weight with the first and 3rd and didnt gain 1 pound with the 4th and trust me, I ate! All pregnancies are different. Just dont try to lose weight on purpose, let nature take its course.

It depends on your size and if you've been sick or not. When I was pregnant with my first baby I lost 20 lbs because I was so sick, and then I gained back about the same. So, when I had the baby I weighed about the same as when i got pregnant. Just talk to your doctor about it. I'm sure you're fine.
